Account problem/Playlists and songs gone

I'm paying for a Family Premium account, and for some reason all my playlists, and songs that I have downloaded and saved are gone. I was able to restore a couple of playlists, but the Songs I saved.

I tried to use spotify today and I could not log in. After I had my password reset I was able to log in, but everything was gone.

Please help me recover most of my songs and playlists.

Are you able to see your tunes if you log into a different device? If so, try logging out and back into your computer to see if you're able to see your tunes. 

If that's not the case, let us know.
