You can create a new account for you seamlessly purchase any paid plan yet.

If you're signing in through facebook then your Spotify and Facebook accounts are permanently linked together.

So you have 2 options;

1. You could be be able to change the password on the account by changing your facebook password, through the facebook app or browser. 
2. You can create a new account for you seamlessly purchase any paid plan yet.

Hi,

It's time to move on man, get a new account. If you're currently paying any subscriptions with that account you can't access, contact Spotify services and let them know to cancel your subscription, Or deny the payments from your bank.

Just to also add on, if you really decide to create a new account like what the others suggested you to do, you can ask support to transfer everything from your old account to your new one, including playlists!
