I want to cancel my Premium subscription. Im being charged but my account says I'm on Free.I cannot get the option to cancel my subscription from my Spotify account as it says I'm not subscribed.

Hey @Aodhsmom,

You may be paying a different account from the one you currently use.

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts. In there you'll be able to cancel.
