Avevo un account con Spotify Premium e un giorno mi si è bloccato e mi faceva partire dalla schermata iniziale dove ti chiede se hai già un account e digitavo l'e-mail e la password è schiacciando accesso mi diceva che dovevo collegarmi ad Internet anche se ero collegato.Come faccio a riavere il mio account?

What device and Spotify version are you using? Also, are you able to access your Spotify account using a different device?

You can also try reinstalling the Spotify app to see if it helps.
