I lost access to accounts, there are suspicions of its complete deletion without my knowledge

My question:

Logged out of my account some time ago. I forgot my email, I couldn't log in. I asked my friends who follow me to find my nickname in their subscriptions. They couldn't find him. Could not find anything that was on my account: no playlists, no synth lists. Later I found letters in my mail with information about accounts and a premium subscription. I tried to go to spotify with this mail - it does not work. I'm trying to reset my password, but I'm not getting an email. At the time of the last release, my account was registered in Russia. What can be done to restore it?
