Accounts Incorrectly Linked

I had a a Premium Spotify account. I had my daughter sign up for an account which she logged in through her facebook. I used the same credit card on both accounts. I cancelled my account today and it seems her account was somehow linked to mine. When I login with her account I get forwarded to my account profile. This doesn't make much sense.

Hey @lukemccoy 🙂 

What has happened here is you had two accounts, both on premium but when your daughter logged in using her Facebook, it sounds like Spotify has merged your accounts somehow, meaning your daughters account will have been temporarily lost in the system:

Original Accounts:

Your username ---> Your account

Your daughters Facebook ---> Her account

Now they have been merged:

Your username ---> Your account

Your daughters Facebook ----> Your username ---> Your account

? ---> Her account

Unfortunately, its not something that can be fixed easily her on the community, so you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get those accounts split, restored and they can make sure they are set up with the right subscriptions for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you. I spent about a half hour looking for a place to contact support. You would think it would be under the Help section but seems they've hid it under the About section which doesn't really make sense. Wouldn't you think contacting support for help would be in the Help section? I may just move her to Google Music which is what I switched to.
