Adding additional family member to existing family plan

Adding additional family member to existing family plan

I currently have Spotify family myself the admin plus another member... its been this way for 3+ months.... 

 

Today I'd like to add one more member but when I log into my admin account and click on "family plan" I am not given any options to add an additional family member. The only option I have is to replace my existing family member.

 

Does anyone know how I can get this fixed? 

 

Or maybe how I can get someone at spotify to help me? I do not see any phone numbers or other online contact information to get a hold of them.

Hey there!

 

To change the numbers of members on your plan, you'd need to cancel and resubscribe with the amount of people you want on your plan.

 

No worries, the time you've already paid for won't be lost. This will be divided betweent all the members of the plan. Once it's over, the new payment will be taken.

 

Hopefully this clears things up.
