Address with 1/2

My new address has a 1/2 because it's a duplex and spotify doesn't recognize it as a valid address.  How do I update my address?

The plan manager (sounds to be yourself) may change the address of either their Duo or Family plan on their Duo or Family plan page in account settings. In the officially documented Duo help page they noted that “If you still can’t find your address, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.”

had premium Spotify for a long time and just upgraded to the family plan but I can’t even get to inviting anyone from the same household because it can’t even find my address and I can’t input manually? 

anyone help please? 🤞🏻
