My Question or Issue

Hi, since yesterday when I have set up Alexa I cannot link it with spotify from the alexa app. I have already looked at some asnwers about this issue but without luck.

When enabling the skill it says that the page couldn´t be loaded thought my internet works just fine?! I found a user with a similar issue as mine here:

but I couldn´t follow those steps because in my spotify account page I don t have any linking with any app whatsoever.
