All Tracks Unavailable

All Tracks Unavailable

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help!

For the past few days every track I try to listen to is unavailable - even songs that people I follow are currently listening to!

Is there a fix for this?

Thank you

Kelly

Hi @kellyanntaylor,

does it happen in all your devices? Phone, web player, desktop app?

I was referring to my desktop app in my first message.

On my iPhone nothing plays at all - no error message though.

I am having the same problem! Spotify is my lifeline and this is horrid!!

Work is far less bearable without it!

I am desperate to hear the new Cult of Luna track and other peeps on my Spotify feed are listening and i can't

WAAAAAAAH

Me too

I assume it is because I am an unlimited subscriber ( still taking my money - they took a payment from me at end of Jan) but want to push me onto premium. why they can't email me an invitation to do this rather than withdrawing the service they have charged me for i dont know!

I pay for permium, and it's still limiting my music to what i have in my playlists, nothing else!

Hey @buntymay,

is it unavailable for you? Which country are you in?

I am in England

Im having the same issue.  All tracks unavailable, but im in USA

Is everyone with this issue using Android?

- If so, try to empty the Spotify cache

- Also, have you checked if in Spotify Settings, tab 'Playback' the option 'Offline mode' is ON? This should be OFF.

- In your phone settings is the cellular data usage for the Spotify app ON?

We have to check all possibilities here 🙂

My issue in on Windows Desktop App

My issue is on PC desktop and iPhone

I am using the Windows desktop app too. It lets me play stuff i havent downloaded, as long as its in a playlist i made. So odd.

IT'S WORKING AGAIN! PRAISE BE! Cult of Luna get in my ears!

Same issue here -- Unlimited user.

I did intend to upgrade to Premium anyway (if that's the issue), but this is very unfortunate user experience in any case.

This started happening around 2-3 hours ago. I'm on a PC, Windows 10, desktop player, and I'm located in Sweden.

Edit: I restarted Spotify once again, and now it works.
