Hi,
I logged into my account to find that all my saved music and playlists had gone. Nothing else has changed, I still have spotify premium and remembers what I have been listening to as the "Your Daily Mix" is still up to date. I put a lot of time into making these playlists so any help recovering them would be most appreciated.

Luckily all my lost playlists were there and recoverable, thank you. I still do not know why they got deleted in the first place though!

Ive had the exact same issue, my music has gone from 600+ to 200.. I have tried to recover and its not worked!! Please help.. have spent a lot of time getting this music together
I've literally just had the same happen to me last night. For the first time since I downloaded the app on my phone, it asked me to log in. I have and all my playlists have disappeared. Also, overnight I've had a few 'forgotten password' emails that I haven't asked for.
Edit: actually my songs and following list right now are showing songs I've never listened to. Could this mean actually that my account's been hacked? Managed to use the restore function for my playlists but my songs list is gone 😞
Literally the same as above except I was online when it happened, my device was being controlled by someone named Rodrigo CF and they were changing my music as I was trying to listen to mine. They also added the Gorillaz, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles newest album to my saved music, which I I don't appreciate. It's been called a glitch by tech support but I'm worried someone has access to my account or it's some shady move by Spotify to get people listening to the newest stuff. The fact that I have seen so many of these reports to Spotify and they claim it's just a glitch over and over sounds kinda fishy and genuinely thinking about stopping my subscription because of this.

This doesn't sound right, it seems like your account is hacked. First, make sure to change your password. Make sure you don't share it with anyone 🙂 Then, I'd recommend heading to your account page and clicking the "sign out everywhere" button, then here to remove any device from the list that isn't yours. That should log out anyone who got access to your account and after changing your password they should have trouble reaccessing it.
