Already paid and got a receipt, still SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT FAILURE!

Already paid and got a receipt, still SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT FAILURE!

I paid for the subsciption through my mobile account, and got the receipt after payment. Then 4 days later Spotify emailed me saying that my subscription payment failed and i may lose my Premium Subscription!

 

Please do clarify on this matter.

Hi @i_nikkigirl welcome to the Spotify Community! 

 

Would you be able to dig out the Spotify Premium receipt from your email or texts? If you could find that and check that you're logging into Spotify with the username on the receipt that would be great as a duplicate account may have been created. You can also view receipts here.

 

If the username matches but you're still getting the error message I'd first try logging out and back into the account, it might reset it. If not you can reach out to Spotify Care through this contact form, their facebook or twitter.
