[Android][Subscription] Student Discount

Hi Spotify, 

I've been using Spotify Premium for over a year now and Kudos!! Being a student in Germany, I should be getting a discount of 50% but unfortunately am not getting any, despite having several conflicts through my PayPal account.

Hey @krishna13j, welcome to the Community!

The student discount is active for 12 months after you apply it to your account. After that, you are charged the full Spotify Premium price. If you're still a student, you can reapply to get the student discount here.

Hi,

No, the issue here is that I've been paying 9.99 euros per month from the start of my subscription despite being a student. I previously made the conflict with Paypal(which is the means of my payment) but it was not resolved. Please look into this. I have previously attached my student enrollment confirmation for the entire duration of my subscription. You could cross-reference this with your records from the beginnig of my paid subscription, which I believe was sometime in February 2016.

Keep in mind the student discount can only be issued at the time of its application and will kick in during your next renewal. In other words, it can't be applied retroactively.
