[Android][Subscription] Tablet app won't recognise my premium account

I've recent gone from a free account to premium. The app works fine on my phone, Motorola G4, but my Nvidia Shield tablet app won't recognise the premium account. I've reinstalled the app, cleared the cache but still no good.

This is so frustrating for a paid for app... Any ideas?

If you read my original post, you would have seen that I had already
tried all these supposed solutions - so please, are you able to proivde
a solution that might work?

It's pretty obvious from reading the posts from other users that this is
a real and very common issue - we all pay a lot of money to you - why
can't you resolve the problem properly? Perhaps with better software?

My next subs is due on 3rd December - if you can't resolve this by then,
I'm off.

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article here for more info.

Sorted..I logged out on my tablet, and logged back in...all ok.
