Anmelden für Premium Account

My Question or Issue

 Ich habe Premium Family abonniert und es lief lange Zeit sehr gut. Heute funktionierte die Suchfunktion nicht mehr und da habe ich mich abgemeldet. Das Wiederanmelden hat nicht funktioniert und ich habe ein neues Passwort angefordert. Mit dem neuen Passwort kann ich mich nur für die Basis Version einloggen und komme nicht in mein Premium Account. Die E-Mail Adresse ist korrekt bei meinem Premium Account hinterlegt. Was muss ich tun? Hat jemand eine Idee?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like you either lost your subscription, or you're logging in on another account that you might've created. 

We suggest that you check out this help article. Make sure to go through all the steps there. 

Keep in mind that you might have an account through Facebook, so make sure to try logging in through Facebook as well.
