Annual payment done before upgrading to family

Hi

I recently paid my premium account for one year in advance and then upgraded to family premium family. I hope spotify will only charge the difference?

Hey @macksign,

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time that you've already paid for will be converted into a Premium for Family subscription, so this can bring your next payment date forward. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page.

Hello,

I´ve done an annual premium year payment before upgrading to Family and I shall not send invitations now.

When I click in Family plan to add my family it show a blank page. 

Who shall I contact to check this issue?
