Another Hacked Account

well 3rd day in a row and it is very difficult to impossible to get help from Spotify.  Instead of my username on the app it is some one else's .Name is Stephen Yau comes up instead of my username. Spotify said yes someone has taken over the account. How is that even possible? However, spotify did not say the corrected my account. Only to change password. Which I have done several times and each time I go on the app comes up Stephen yau. I then logged off every device. That did not work as when I checked my phone I was still logged in. This is stupid.

hi there my wife activated her spotify premium account which is provided through Spark New Zealand now the e mail address for the account was hacked and it was closed down and now she does not know what the password is for her spotify account which is linked through her mobile phone plan what i was wondering is if you could reset the account the username is ngatiporou14 thats all i know about the account cheers.
