Another account linked to my credit card

I have another account (not mine, but of another person) linked to my credit card. This person asked me before if she can use my credit card to try the Premium service. Now, I want it cancelled. I want her account not to use my credit card anymore. Is there any way to do this? Without the need to access her account?  We are both subscribed to Spotify Philippines. Thank you very much!
