How do I actually get ahold of someone that works at the company to downgrade or cancel my account?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

If you'd like to cancel your Premium subscription, you'd need to follow the steps here. Once your current plan expires, your account will revert to the free service. Take into account that if you have Premium Duo or Family, the sub accounts will revert to the free service as well. 

If you still need help with this, you can reach out directly to Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look at your account and further assist you with this.
