Are there explicit content filters on every family account in spotify family?

On Premium Family the account Manager can either turn on or off the explicit filter for any of the Family member accounts. More info can be found here. 

Note that you can turn on the explicit filter on your individual account as well.

Yes! The Primary family account owner also can lock family into no explicit music. But this doesn't prevent Explicit Pornographic Album / Podcast artwork, So far there is no filter for that or titles of tracks.

If you find some podcast/ album covers offensive or pornographic, you can report them following the steps listed in this support article. Our content team will then take a look at your claim.

You might want to consider using Spotify Kids for your young children. The content on the Kids app is specially curated for young listeners and you can still share your favorite songs with them. More info can be found here.
