Artist double found. How to deal with that?

Hey,
I found out, that there is another "Basicnoise" artist profile on Spotify with only tracks of mine. (So in fact it is just a double with some of my tracks linked to it instead of my main profile.) I already contacted Spotify regarding this issue a while ago but it seems nothing happens.

Anyone had this, too? And how did you solve this? How can I prevent this issue in the first place?
