Artist name is in numbers - how do I change it?

My album releases in 5 days and my artist profile name is in numbers. 
I have sent four email help requests but Spotify have they yet to answer. Needless to say I am quite stressed as I would like this amended asap. 

Please any help welcome.

For issues concerning artist profile it's best to contact Spotify for Artist CS.
