Artist name not in all caps

[KVMTZ]

Hi there, my name is KVMTZ and I upload my music to Spotify through my distributor Distrokid. A few months ago, I asked them if they could change my artist name on platforms from 'Kvmtz' to 'KVMTZ' (similar to FKJ, DKVPZ, etc) , and they claimed they sent the request. But for some odd reason, it's been months since that and the name continues to have the incorrect capitalization. I can't seem to change it using the 'Spotify for Artists' page either, so I was wondering if there's another method to getting the name correct, perhaps through direct contact with a Spotify employee through e-mail, a specific link, or anything else that could help. I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify for Artists here. Explain to them what's going on in more detail - and they'll take a look and do their best to help.
