Artist profile picture showing on desktop but not on mobile

Hi all,

I submitted a new profile picture a couple days ago. It's showing up on the desktop version of spotify, but on mobile it just shows the generic missing photo icon. Any way to fix it?

I contacted them like 3 days ago and haven't heard back. Do they normally take that long?

Decided to upload another images at exactly 6000px x 4000px (the other one wasn't) and it worked instantly
