I can't log in on spotify, my account doesn't get recognized.

Hi

(I tried to log in on my account but my username and password aren't recognized anymore even when I want to reset my password... I do know my username and password because when I try to log in on my mobile I get kicked out from Spotify immediately.. How can I solve this problem? My account doesn't work on computer, mobile, trying to get a new password etc. It's about my other spotify account and not this one.
