Artist verification not working

Hey, I'm trying to get access to my spotify artist page "Lux Holm"

I made it to the last step of verification, where i need to write my artist name and then click on "NEXT", unfortunatelly, the "NEXT" button isn't working, it should be green, but it's grey =/

in the picture, my artist name is filled it, it also doesnt work when it's not filled in, or when it's another artist name!

please help me!

it worked on my phone, just found out that there was no captcha on my pc, that's surelly why it didn't work 😕
