Artists.spotify.com phone app works, but computer browser login hangs

My Question or Issue

Hi, I see that others have similar issues but I don't think they are the same.  On my Android phone, I can connect to my artist's profile on artists.spotify.com (Geoff Bradford), but in a computer web browser this just hangs, no error message, just 3 dots on the screen.

I think this may be related to a Spotify duplicate account issue, when I connect to Spotify app on my phone I get connected to my Premium account, but in a computer web browser it connects to a free account with a different user id -- attaching screen shots from phone and browser showing the different user ids.

Is there a way to resolve this, maybe by deleting the free account?

In the described case it'd be best to contact a customer support representative so you can get your accounts consolidated. The colleagues from the accounts team have the right tools to do so. You can find out how to reach out to them here.
