Australia - Premium Subscriber - Billing - Overcharged for monthly subscription

I am an Australian Premium Subscriber - the current subscription is AUD $11.99 per month. All has been biiled perfectly for years.

The usual billing trasnaction on my credit car account is (eg: last month)

02 March Spotify Premium x 1 nr 907574674  $11.99

This month the billing transaction is 

31 March Spotify Subs London $12.35

1. All receipts on my Spotify account all say AUD $11.99.

2. My account is in AU - ie Australia and current.

3. The only difference is what appears to be a change in the information in the last receipt at Spotify, with resulting new information appearing in my trasnaction record on my credit card.

Spotify support gives me some run-around about bank charges and change of payment provider at my Bank. This is not correct.

If my account is in AUD there are not FX chanrges - and the bank has certainly not changed payment processor.

Any ideas before I raise this with consumer affairs in Australia.

UPDTAE: I checked my CC statement when it finally arrived - so now there is a AUD$0.36 fee for overseas transactions for a subscription service charged in $AUD. 

All Australian spotify subscribers are going to be very annoyed with this!

We've taken a closer look and can see that we've been charging you $11.99AUD. You can verify this by heading here.

Even though your account is set to Australia, the service is provided by an overseas company. This is why any international fees are handled by your bank. 

We'd recommend reaching out to them for more info.

I've just checked my bank statement and the same thing has happened! For 2 years I've only been paying $11.99, now it's $12.34 ... Not happy, I know it's only .35 cents but when I signed up I signed up to pay $11.99! Grr

Exactly the same thing happened for me this month. Why has this all of a sudden changed and what is being done about it? Not at all impressed!
