Welcome to the Community!
It's most likely because your Spotify credentials are saved in the iCloud/ Apple Family account. Keychain specifically, as it makes logging in different services on multiple devices seamless.
It's best if you check the Apple account and authentication settings on her phone to make sure automatic log in like this don't happen again.
