Bad Gateway for credit card update

Bad Gateway for credit card update

When I try update my credit card info I end up at a Bad Gateway.

When I try contact someone about it - another Bad Gateway.


What to do next? hmmm

Can you confirm if this is still happening for you, as there could have been some intermittent connectivity issues at that particular moment. If yes, then we can suggest you to open an incognito window of your preferred browser and try to update your payment info once again. Using a private window in this situation is more secure and helps resolve possible cache-related issues between your account and the web servers. See if this will make a difference for you.
