Meine Frage oder mein Problem

 es wurden 10€ vom konto abgezogen für februar und jetzt war mein konto trotzdem einfach auf gratis abo. Ich habe nichts gekündigt oder sonstiges wie kann das sein?

I recommend making sure you're logged into the right account. You can also check your account's current plan here and your receipts here.

 

If you've received a receipt from Spotify via email, you can also check if the username stated on there is the one you're using for logging into Spotify.
