Billed for premium after cancelling

Billed for premium after cancelling

I cancelled my premium membership more than a year ago but it looks like I am being billed for it still. When I log in and check it says I am using the Free plan. Can I get a refund for this? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you send me a screenshot of your receipts page to see if you're being charged on your account or a different account? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
