I have just been billed by Spotify twice.

(Chop! - Mod)

This is the second time that your company have taken money from my account,

I started my account with Spotify 30 day free trial last month, 2 days later you took a payment of 9.99 Invoice ID:
135466449018 on 9th December2012

I was advised that this was an error and this amount would be used to cover payment for Jan 2013.

I have now been charged again, but this time you have taken 2 amounts of 9.99 total taken is now 29.97 over 30 days

Please refund amounts as you have once again billed me in error

Please take a second to fill out our contact form. Right now we don't have any open cases linked to your account. 

 

From there our payments team can take over.
