Bizarre Account Problem with My iPhone

On my Dell desktop I can log in just fine. But when I tap on the Spotify logo on my iPhone SE, it takes me to a mystery account (pink circle R in upper left-hand corner with "<sensitive info removed>" when I click on the R). It also tells me "No internet connection / You're offline" Strangest of all: this mystery account has all my Liked Songs, my Library, Recents, Made for [my name], etc. "While you're offline ... " is followed by all my personal music. I am not able to share Spotify songs on my cellphone, and it's driving me NUTS.
