Bought Premium via Apple-ID, doesn't work but debits money

Hi Spotify,

 

Some months ago I decided to try to upgrade my since long Spotify Free-account to a Spotify Premium. I did the purchase through my iPad, via Apple Store. 

 

The thing is, all that actually works is that I now pay for a Premium account. I have tried both my user and my wifes user (as she could have been accidentally logged in w/o me noticing at the time of the purchase). Neither one of us have Premium accounts, and I have tried to log out/log in several times.

 

Via Apple, you can try to register a problem with a purchase, but I have tried several times without succeding. 

 

I would gladly pay the 129 SEK per months for this account, but I need your help to make sure that the money paid actually benefits my personal user. How can this be solved? I can't stop the purchase either, which is quite odd, but I would be happy just re-routing it to the correct user. 

 

So, reaching out to you, please help!

Just got it all solved via Apples support. Great service and I got the money refunded too. 

 

Bought a new subscription immediately, this time for the correct user account.

Try avoiding purchasing with Apple ID if you can next time.

 

First of all, check your subscription status here - http://spoti.fi/account-subscription

If it states Premium, try deleting and re-installing the app.

If it states Free, contact Spotify Support here - https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact

 

If Spotify sends you an automated email and doesn't resolve your issue, feel free to reply back to the no-reply email and it will be sent straight towards the Spotify team.

 

EDIT - Didn't see the second post. But it's great that you have resolved your issue. If you have the same problem, follow the steps above.
