Can I move my wife's Premium account into my Family Account after I upgrade?

My wife and I both have Spotify premium totaling $19.98+tax/month with tons of playlists.  I'd like to convert my premium account into a family account.  Will I lose my playlists upgrading from Premium to Family?  More importantly, will my wife be able to transfer her playlists from her premium account (which will be canceled) to her user in the family account?
