Can Login to the Web Player but not the APP

Hi,

I can log into the web player without any issues, but if I try and log into the APP on my phone, or the Spotify application on my PC it tells me my login details are incorreect.  I have reset my password about 5 times however this has not fixed the issue.  I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the APP and software on my PC to ensure I have the latest version, all to no avail . . . . .

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey @jven6797,

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
