Can a Spotify Artist create a playlist with their Artist profile?

My Question or Issue

 I have a premium personal account but i also have an artist account as i am a music producer. I would like to create a playlist through my artist profile "Neon Culture". Is this possible please?

It is not possible to create a playlist from your artist profile, but you can choose to feature any existing playlist on it.

So in your case just create the playlist from your personal profile, then feature it on your artist profile, by following these steps.
