Can not log due to country specification

Can not log due to country specification

Hi, i am trying to log into my account but Spotify is saying that I am in a different country than my account but I am not and when a go see in my account online it is the right one

It says can not take screenshot du to security policy

That's odd.

 

Are you trying to log into Spotify using:

  1. username and password
  2. email address and password
  3. via Facebook

Both are doing the same thing I am using the application on my phone
galaxy s8

I'd recommend performing a reinstallation of the Spotify app and deleting the app cache on your device before you try to log in again.

Also, please try logging in with your username and password instead of your email address and password 🙂
