My Question or Issue

 

So i refunded my payment for this month and the next day I was logged off suddenly. I can not login since then. If i try to login it takes me to my email to verify and everytime i click it says link expired.

 

I try to login in to spotify website and I use the same username and password nothing happens. It says this username has no active account.

 

If this happens because of payment how can i restart subscription? Or what is the solution to login because I thought it would jump over to free spotify.

 

By the way, this is the second account I made to make this topic.

Thanks for the quick answer but what am I supposed to do in the link you sent. I only see solutions which I have already tried. 

 

Some extra info, facebook login does not work, saying 'something went wrong'. Login with google account which is same email as facebook is saying 'email already registered login with username and password you set'. 

Nevermind. I started a chat trough email.. lets see and wait.
