Can not return password because email has been changed

First of all let me thank this wonderful company called spotify for giving me 3 times the same answer when trying to ask them for help. I do know that this community can't solve my problem, the good for nothing support person knows this community can't solve the problem, but hey, atleast this is a brilliant way to spend some time while waiting for the coffee to drop. Enough of the rant though.

 

Previous case numbers incase someone in Spotify would actually give a **bleep**:

# 07352158

# 07382301

 

So basicly the thing is that my password is lost and I can't return it to email because for some reason the recovery email address has been changed. 

 

Let me just link the brilliant answer that the support gave me before. What an idiot...

Hey @Andari0n,


If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
