My Question or Issue
I can login on the website but not the app. I've already reset my password and tried reinstalling the app, but nothing works. How can I fix this problem?

Could you try logging into the Spotify app from a different device? Also, what device are you using (the one that won't let you log into the app)?

I can login in on my laptop but not the mobile app. The device is an Android Moto X4.

Could you let me know what happens when you try to log in from the mobile app? If there is an error message being shown, please send me a screenshot - just make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

There's no error message, it just has a line under the password bar that says "This username and password combination is incorrect," even though I reset the password and it works on other devices.
