I recently changed my email for my account, not realizing that I had a secondary account already on that specific email. Now it won't let me in my main account, sending me to the secondary. I've changed my password, but that still doesn't let me get in on the account I didn't change the password for. I don't want to start over, as I've created multiple playlists and I've added all of my friends to my follows. Is there a way I can back up the data, or am I doomed to start fresh? I have my actual account set up on my Kindle, so that's an option to look to if I'm desperate, despite it being really glitchy and annoying.

Yes, that is the case. I don't know how to solve this issue, since changing the email still doesn't work.

Since you have two different accounts registered with the same email address it can make the system confused when you're trying to log in. 

Do you remember the username for your active or old account? If so, you can log in with the username and update your email address (on your active account) to another one or delete the old account that's not in use to prevent any confusion in the future.

Would you mind trying to reset your password to your email address? If you've already done that, have you received any email?
