My Question or Issue

I have problems syncronizing my phone with my pc. Neither one recognize the other, as you can see in the pics.

If you'd like to control your computer from your mobile phone, you have to make sure that you are logged in with the same account. So try to log out on both devices and then try to log in using the same login credentials. Be sure to connect to the same WiFi network as well.

If that doesn't work, try to do a quick reinstallation on both your devices. You can read here how.
