Can't Upgrade

Can't Upgrade

Just finished my suscription via Movistar (Spain), but now I'm trying to renew suscription directly with Spotify and I only get the error "This product is not available"

 

What can I do? Now i'm trapped.

I think you have to contact movistar and have them disable the subscription from their end.

 

It looks like Spotify still thinks your subscription is being handled by movistar.
