Can't acces Spotify for artist

I go to get acces, I log into my account, I select my role and all that stuff until I get to Select Artist. I click on can't find the artist and paste my profile's url and it doesn't let me add the profile! How do I make my profile an artist profile since I make music and would like to share it on Spotify? I really want to access to Spotify for artists. Help?

You can only get access to Spotify for Artists if you already have an artist page.

There's one small problem : I created an account on Routenote and have no idea on how to link it with Spotify. I released a song but don't know where it went or even if it did release. I kinda need help
