Can't access account

I got an e-mail saying my account is block because of something going wrong with a payment.

Why doesn't it at least say how I can fix this?

@ShadyXL hey there, the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
