Can't access playlists

I recently renewed my premium account with a different credit card. I can't access my spotify account now. It looks like my play lists have been erased and I have been given a new account. How can I access my old playlists?

Hello, Amfraley67! Do you have your Spotify account linked to your Facebook account? Have you tried signing in using your username and password and your Facebook details?

Hey @Amfraley67 ! Welcome to the community 🙂

If your new premium is on an account but your playlists aren't then I would get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get the subscription moved over to your old account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
