Can't add members to family account

Can't add members to family account

I added Family premium to my account.  I followed the prompts to add family members.  It allowed the names and addresses of only one, then prompted only for email addresses of other family members.  My family members cannot log in from the email invitations received.  It says they are already a member of Spotify.  I am logged out myself.  It is the same message when they to create an account.  I am paying for a family account now, but only have the ability for one email/facebook registration. Please help !  Or provide a customer service ph no or chat form

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Can you try telling to your family to clear their browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? It would also worth a shot trying from an incognito window or a different browser/device.
