Can't add registration method "email and password"

My Question or Issue

I would like change my registration method from "Facebook" to "Email and Password". However, when I try add "Email and Password" as registration method, I get the notification that something went wrong and I should try again. Unfortunately, until now, I've been trying to add this registration method multiple times and accross several days but I still get the same error.

You should be able to manage & disconnect Facebook as a login option following these steps. If they don’t work, please try following the same steps using a different browser or private window. If you’re still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
